A members' community for the 50+ chapter
Next Decade is where people over fifty — still working, reinventing, or rewriting what comes next — figure it out together. Honest conversation, live calls, small cohorts, and a community that gets it.

Why we're here
Somewhere after fifty, the old map stops being useful. The job title isn't the whole answer. Retirement doesn't mean what it used to. And the people around you are quietly wondering the same things you are.
Next Decade brings them into one room — to think out loud, trade what works, and build what's next. No hype. No decline stories. Just good years, well used.
The members are professionals in their fifties, sixties and beyond — coaching, consulting, starting things, changing lanes, and comparing notes along the way.
“The second half can be the most interesting — if you give it some company.”

Psychologist, coach, writer — and living proof that the second half can be the most interesting.
I went back to college at 59 and finished my MSc, with distinction, at 61. I coach senior professionals through exactly the transitions Next Decade is about, and I write The Next Decade for over a thousand readers on the same journey. My work draws on the psychology of ageing, work and identity — no hype, no deficit stories about getting older, just honest, useful thinking for people with a lot of good years ahead.
Next Decade is the community I wish had existed when the old job title stopped being the whole answer.
